THIS IS THE BASIC EXERCISE THAT BEST SUITS TO YOUR HEALTH/BODY
Exercise is the best method to increase your muscle and cardiovascular that give you a Healthy Body. This is my experience when I’m doing this exercise. When I’m in grade 9 my body is so thin and I don’t want that body so I try to eat healthy food and gain weight so that I can exercise and build my muscle.
